*FOR TEACHERS* BASICS TO INTRODUCTIONS REVIEW - NICE TO MEET YOU

This lesson is a review or a follow up of a previous class when students learned how to introduce themselves. Beginners need a lot of practice, even if it seems more of the same over and over. It builds up their confidence as they perform better each time.

The lesson starts with a PowerPoint presentation. The first slide contains a simple listening activity with a transcript of the dialog to be completed by the students. This first exercise is also in the students' worksheet. The next slide focuses on pronunciation.

When you are done with the PowerPoint presentation, move on to the second exercise of the students' worksheet. It contains a speaking task for student A and B. Divide the class in two groups and have student A work with student B.
